Goodbye!
Finally another semester is almost in the book. The writing course will come to an end and my college writing career will start authentically, which means another important writing learning stage in my life is done and it’s time to move on.
But let me say it was an amazing journey to meet with this class, it always excited me working with a group of people that have different culture background and know a variety kind of languages. Although we all sat in a small classroom and spoke English to each other, I can feel the whole world is inside the room. This was the first time I worked with people who knows that many different languages and that engage differences, never felt this before inside the college. I’m considering to recommend some of my friends who will take 101 next semester to chose this course if we still have the same section, especially for Chinese students who are not very familiar with global languages or didn’t feel the engagement of differences, this course is definitely for them.
With the working process of WP3 is already on its way, the amazing semester is near the end and for this final blogger post (I may not use this blog in the rest of my life again unless another professor ask me to post something on it). I want to say goodbye to the amazing class, I really tried to learn how to write and pronounce all of those below and then I found out learning to speak a single word in different language wasn’t as hard as I thought, surprisingly.
Everytime when I've finished something that I expected for a long time and have to say goodbye to a single person or a group of people, I feel like some part of me is gone and a little empty inside. Well, at least I know this feeling will not last too long as I moving on.

Thank you for your final thoughts of gratitude. One of my greatest honors in my 101 is to draw out everyone language experiences and add to their thoughts about language. I believe that the kinds of discussion and awareness of language we do in our class is an essential part of a campus with many international students and with many students interested in international relations/policy/business, etc.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful thought! I will definitely miss this class too and the experience of working on language with people with many different cultural backgrounds!
